About Me

I work on fixing pipeline leakage across B2B revenue systems where activity is high but conversion is inconsistent.

In most teams, the problem shows up in two places:

The gap isn’t effort. It’s how the pipeline is structured across stages.

My experience comes from working across both sides of this system, from demand generation and deal execution to post-sale coordination and retention. I’ve seen how weak qualification, poor follow-ups, and inconsistent handoffs affect conversion on the front end, and how lack of onboarding structure and ownership leads to drop-offs on the back end.

I’ve worked across enterprise accounts including Hitachi Vantara, Whatfix, The Access Group, Vonage, SUSE, and Cvent, operating in environments with CXO-level discussions, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and cross-geo execution where small gaps directly impact revenue outcomes.

I’ve also worked in structured, process-driven setups where accuracy, handoffs, and execution consistency are critical, building a strong foundation in identifying and fixing breakdowns across multi-stage workflows.
